Any attempts at reverse-engineering or thwarting the license protection scheme of this software is prohibited. Any evidence of tampering will be investigated and may lead to prosecution according to all applicable laws.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, lease, sell, rent, sublicense, lend, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the Software, or any subset of the Software, except as provided for in this Agreement.

Program Registration.

The full functionality of the program is withheld until a "registration fee" is paid for the program. When the appropriate fee is paid, the registrant will be provided with a serial number which entitles them to full use of the programs features. The serial number is not transferable and must not be given to third parties. The author reserves the right to terminate serial numbers found to have been distributed to others. This will cause the serial numbers not to function in future editions of the program. In such cases NO COMPENSATION WILL BE PAID to the registrant. Instructions for using the serial number will be provided in the product documentation.

The serial number may be used as often and on as many computer systems as the registrant requires provided they belong to the registering body.

Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, author provides this software on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.

Limitation of Liability.

Licenční smlouva

Aktivací softwaru dáváte najevo svůj souhlas s podmínkami této smlouvy. Předmětem této smlouvy je poskytnutí práv používat autorské dílo – software Process Commander.

Zaplacením licenčního poplatku ( registrací ) vzniká kupujícímu nárok na poskytnutí sériového kódu. Uživatel se zavazuje nepředávat sériové číslo třetím osobám nebo firmám. Dále se zavazuje zabezpečit sériové číslo proti neoprávněnému použití. Výrobce je oprávněn kontrolovat technickými prostředky legálnost použití software. Po zjištění vícenásobného použití sériového čísla může být požadována náhrada škody a další použití sériového čísla může být bez náhrady znemožněno.

Uživatel není oprávněn software dekompilovat, měnit, zahrnovat jej nebo jeho části do jiného software a šířit produkty takto vzniklé. Výrobce si vyhrazuje právo na drobné odchylky software od popisu v manuálu. Výrobce neručí za vhodnost software pro konkrétní použití. Výrobce neodpovídá za jakékoliv škody vniklé v souvislosti s použitím tohoto software. Pokud by výrobce byl přesto odsouzen pravomocným rozsudkem k náhradě škody, pak její výše nesmí přesáhnout cenu zaplacenou za software kupujícím.

Uživatel, resp. kupující tím, že software instaluje, zakoupil nebo používá, dává najevo svůj bezvýhradný souhlas s těmito podmínkami. Pokud by s podmínkami nesouhlasil, je povinen ihned použití software zastavit, kontaktovat výrobce s identifikačními údaji. Pokud nebyl software již aktivován, vrátí výrobce kupujícímu prodejní cenu.
